Condition of Returned Items
Products must be returned:
- In their original condition
- Unused and unopened
- With all original packaging, tags, and accessories
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product:
- Please contact our customer service team to check the availability of the desired replacement.
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll ship out the replacement product.
Faulty or Incorrect Items

Refunds
